Job Description

As a Seasonal Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
  • Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment
  • Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel transactions as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
  • Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
  • Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
  • Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
