Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the annual financial statements, including presenting results to auditors and publishing the outcome
  • Organize and continuously optimize all processes in accounting for local and group-level financial statements
  • Prepare the company's annual tax return in collaboration with the tax advisor
  • Create an annual transfer pricing documentation in coordination with the controlling department, tax advisor, and parent company
  • Negotiate and review significant contracts
  • Act as a consultant and contact person for specialist departments and parent company in regards to VAT law
  • Coordinate legal disputes of the company in collaboration with legal advisors
  • Annual review of insurance contracts and coordination with the parent company
  • Conduct annual inspections of insurance coverage together with the maintenance manager, such as fire insurance
  • Coordinate data protection matters in collaboration with the data protection officer
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed training as a certified accountant, degree in business administration, or equivalent
