Holy Innocents' Episcopal School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Professional to join our Auxiliary Program team. This part-time position is responsible for providing high-quality after-school care for students in grades 1-5.
Key Responsibilities- Assist students with homework and enrichment activities, promoting academic support and engagement.
- Plan and organize age-appropriate games, sports, and creative activities to foster socialization and physical development.
- Clean and maintain snack stations, playground equipment, and other activity areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program activities, ensuring alignment with school values and goals.
- High School degree or equivalent required; experience in childcare or a related field preferred.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background screening, drug testing, and safety training required.
This position requires a flexible and punctual individual who can work Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
