About the Role
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is seeking an Event Planning Coordinator to join our team in the Denver area. This role will be responsible for planning and executing various events, including conferences, banquets, and staff meetings.

**Responsibilities:**
• Plan, organize, and execute events from conception to completion
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial accountability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop event concepts and themes
• Ensure exceptional customer service and attendee satisfaction

About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning or project management, preferably in a non-profit or faith-based organization. A bachelor's degree in a related field is desired, but not required.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in event planning or project management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in event management software and social media platforms

What We Offer
