Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating primary operations equipment, including molding, to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and safely operate equipment to produce high-quality products.
  • Make satisfactory adjustments to ensure product quality.
  • Know and follow procedures applicable to this job classification.
  • Legibly record and maintain applicable product/process information.
  • Effectively utilize measuring equipment and information obtained from its use to insure continuation of control conditions.
  • Provide active input to continuous process improvement.
  • Effectively communicate job-related information to co-workers, supervisors, service areas, and others with a need to know.
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with other functional areas.
Requirements
  • Able to read and understand procedures, process sheets, etc.
  • Able to do basic math calculations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
