Oversee Daily Restaurant Operations

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and a 5-star guest experience. This includes directing the flow of food production through the dining room and supervising all front-of-house staff.

Essential Job Duties
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize service standards, streamline processes, and maintain exceptional dining experiences.
  • Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation, timely service, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure superior guest satisfaction.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and increase revenue.
  • Maintain health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant.
Salary and Benefits

$72,000 - $85,000 per year plus bonus. Top-notch benefits include competitive salary, quarterly bonus, comprehensive benefits package, lifestyle spending account, company dining package, and variety of supplemental benefit plans.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar managerial role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
