About the Role:

Tandym Group is seeking a skilled Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations related to respiratory symptoms
  • Work 80% Pulmonary cases, 20% Critical Care Procedures
  • Evaluate patients with breathing difficulties, chronic cough, chest pain, and other respiratory issues
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Analyze and interpret laboratory results to aid in diagnosis
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the diagnosis
  • Prescribe appropriate medications
  • Manage chronic respiratory diseases
  • Provide education on disease management and lifestyle adjustments
  • Manage patients in critical condition
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
  • Board Eligible / Certified in Pulmonology
  • Fellowship trained

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Endobronchial Ultrasound and Navigational Bronchoscopy
