We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform general cleaning operations of lavatories, classrooms, shops, offices, and common areas
  • Strip and wax floors, and maintain janitorial equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Collaborate with facilities team to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of custodial experience preferred
  • General knowledge of janitorial hand tools and equipment
  • Working knowledge of stripping and waxing floors
  • Own reliable transportation and good driving record
