Psychiatric Care Specialist

Lincoln Behavioral Svcs. is seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, and treatment planning for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Monitor and manage medication regimens, including side effects and interactions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options.
- Participate in regular team meetings and consultations to ensure high-quality care.
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited university.
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Full medical license and controlled substance license in the State of Michigan.
- DEA Controlled Substance Certificate.
- Experience in treating severe and persistent mental illness.
- Knowledge of computer applications and willingness to learn.
