Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic Rail + Transit team at TYLin. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that shape the future of transit facilities and rail stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the civil/structural design of transit facilities, including stations, retaining walls, and other structures.
  • Produce engineering drawings and details from conception to final design, according to established standards and procedures.
  • Conduct site inspections of existing structures as well as those under construction as required by the project.
  • Communicate and work with other project team members to provide quality service to clients.
  • Prepare effective proposals seeking targeted project opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3-6 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on transit and transportation projects.
  • A PE License is preferred or registered as an EIT, with the ability to obtain PE within 12 months.
  • Demonstrable experience in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other technical software packages.
