Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team in Denver, Colorado.

As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards. You will implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center.
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center, with punctuality essential.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
