Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Denver, Colorado.


Job Summary:


We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services to children with autism and their families. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Soar Autism Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote communication, social, and emotional growth in children.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists).
  • Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.

Qualifications:


  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • License to practice speech pathology.
  • Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs.
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
  • Ability to connect and engage with young children.

$77,500.00 - $95,000.00/year


The salary for Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows is $73,000.
