Lifespace Communities is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dietary Assistant. As a member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute food in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual resident meals according to specified diet orders and approved substitute menu items.
- Prepare table set-ups in rooms and bus tables after meals.
- Initiate resident tray service, ensuring quality and temperature of food items, and deliver and retrieve trays by end of meal dining time.
- Organize and stock stations with supplies.
- Enhance workstation safety and sanitary conditions, including picking up food and trash around the work area, cleaning tables, chairs, and other food service equipment and utensils.
Requirements:
- No educational requirement.
- No experience required; a willingness to learn is needed.
