Nursing Care Team Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing teams in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
About the Role:- As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading nursing teams, mentoring staff, and facilitating communication among departments to maintain efficient clinical operations.
- You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
- Your responsibilities will also include participating in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and making recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Requirements:- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
