Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lockbox Remittance Specialist to join our team at FirsTech Inc. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of lockbox deposits from various commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process all lockbox deposits from commercial customers
  • Sort, open, and process batches of work as required
  • Process corrections and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Bill customers monthly for services provided
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and follow established policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of previous retail banking or lockbox experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
