The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare to its members. As a Pediatric Hospitalist at MAPMG, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages the Kaiser Medicine Service at Children's National Hospital and coordinates care for patients on specialty services.

Our Pediatric Hospitalist team works closely with Kaiser Pediatricians and Pediatric specialists to provide excellent, coordinated care. Most shifts are 12 hours with flexible scheduling, allowing for a great work-life balance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable caring for medically complex children hospitalized at tertiary care centers and managing newborn care. You must also be currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

MAPMG offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting annual salary of $188,000, which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
