Pediatric Hospitalist Physician

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team. As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in managing the Kaiser Medicine Service at Children's National Hospital and coordinating care for patients on specialty services. You will also manage the Kaiser Newborn Nursery services at Holy Cross Hospital Silver Spring, Holy Cross Germantown Hospital, and Medstar Washington Hospital Center.
In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting annual salary of $188,000, and rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Kaiser Medicine Service at Children's National Hospital
- Coordinate care for patients on specialty services
- Manage the Kaiser Newborn Nursery services at Holy Cross Hospital Silver Spring, Holy Cross Germantown Hospital, and Medstar Washington Hospital Center
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics
- Must be comfortable caring for medically complex children hospitalized at tertiary care center and managing newborn care
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
