Job Description

Franklin Street is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition & Lender Compliance Associate to join our Insurance Service Team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our commercial insurance business, ensuring compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac regulations, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare premium estimates for clients' potential commercial real estate acquisitions.
  • Update and manage the Acquisitions Tracking Sheet.
  • Create insurance Statements of Value (SOV) to capture clients' locations and property exposures.
  • Stay current on the latest Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac insurance requirements.
  • Generate Marshall & Swift valuations and respond to lenders' questions.
  • Create Acquisition Pricing Spreadsheets per property.
  • Utilize the Agency Management System (AMS 360) to perform various tasks, including setting up new clients, creating certificates of insurance, and maintaining updated coverage information.
  • Assist agents/brokers with day-to-day tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting a commercial insurance business, preferably in the P&C specialty area.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a professional business services office in an administrative or support role.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences, or Finance/Business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Ability to analyze complex business documents and insurance models.
  • Knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures, and standard office equipment.
