Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Exceed Production Goals: Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Manage Inventory and Materials: Requisition and manage inventory, ensuring that materials are available when needed to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Conduct regular quality checks, identify and address any quality or safety issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Analyze and Improve Processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or equivalent role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, manufacturing software, and electronic time reporting systems.
