The Guidance Center is a Community Mental Health Center serving Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties in Kansas. We provide quality care to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. As a Transportation Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients. Our clients are often vulnerable and in need of support. We are the only provider that offers therapy, case management, psychosocial, and medication services all at the same site. We care deeply about our clients and strive to provide a holistic model of care. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide door-to-door transportation of clients residing in Atchison, Leavenworth, and Jefferson County * Transport youth and adults participating in psychosocial programs and other treatment activities as directed by supervisor * Maintain daily records of transportation services provided * Monitor and maintain vans to ensure they are in good working condition * Collaborate with supervisors to ensure efficient transportation services **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED * Valid Driver's License * One year experience driving a vehicle with a capacity of 65 passengers or larger * Preferred: Mechanical skills, CDL license **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly pay rate of $16.00 to $18.40 * Part-time schedule of 15-20 hours per week * Opportunities for professional growth and development **About Us:** The Guidance Center is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
