About the RoleAs a LPN/LVN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including home healthcare, and provide care to patients with complex medical needs. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and support, and we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice
- Current Health Certificate (per facility)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred
