Job OverviewCompensation:
$28.49 / hour
Increases of 50 cents after successful reviews at 90 and 180 days
Shift differentials of 6%-8% of base hourly rate for applicable hours worked
Work Schedule:
Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am, Night Shift

$500 Quarterly Retention Bonus, subject to eligibility requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to facilitate shipping and receiving tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Efficiently maneuver a yard truck to relocate trailers from the yard to a shipping dock for dispatch.
Act as Dock Coordinator as required.
Manage real-time shipping and receiving operations.
Organize and prioritize workload utilizing PC, SAP, communication, and time management skills.
Work independently with minimal supervision to complete daily responsibilities.
Drive operational results.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications:
Current and valid CDL A Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance is advantageous.
Experience in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications; SAP experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport objects weighing up to 75 lbs without assistance.
Able to sit for extended periods and operate a vehicle in reverse as necessary.
Capability to operate industrial equipment.
