Goodwill is looking for a strong leader with proven ability to drive online, omnichannel and related marketing to deliver best in class results. The Director is responsible for developing strategy for online and omnichannel sales and providing reporting and analytics to demonstrate achievement of sales goals. Creating a culture of exceptional service for internal and external customers is key. We need a strategic thinker who will help us create a seamless customer experience both online and in store.

You will be leading a team and creating an atmosphere that supports the Agency's diversity, equity and inclusion goals.

This Director will also be responsible for assessing and implementing new revenue streams and optimizing existing operations through continuous improvements. Being willing and able to adapt to the changing retail and specifically online sales landscape will allow Goodwill to remain competitive.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelors Degree in Business or related field

* Minimum of 5 years experience in online and/or physical retail operations

* Prior experience in retail marketing, financial planning, performance management, change leadership, and operational excellence

* Working knowledge and understanding of logistics, distribution, inventory management, space allocation, and demand planning

* Strategic thinking and analytical skills

* Demonstrated knowledge of e-waste, computer and electronics recycling, refurbishing and demanufacturing

* Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of online marketplaces, marketing, customer analytics,

* Excellent communication skills

* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and digital commerce software applications

* Must successfully meet Agency standards for a criminal background check and driving check

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* MBA

* Previous retail omnichannel management experience

* Certification in Retail Omnichannel management
