Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Pacific NW Club Ventures LLC.

Salary: $13.50 per hour plus commissions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing membership sales, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests with a smile and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage membership sales and promotions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry, adhering to company procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
