Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our winning team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, developing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient success.
What You'll Do- Patient Assessment and Treatment Planning: Collects and records patient care data, including initial evaluation, daily notes, reassessments/progress reports, discharge plans, and communication with the team. Prepares for evaluations by obtaining patient history, researching unfamiliar diagnoses, and selecting and administering tests and measures.
- Treatment Implementation: Establishes treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and patient support systems. Assesses and re-assesses need for modifications to plans of care and goals.
- Education and Training: Provides education/training to patients and/or their support systems on functional training, therapeutic activities, rehabilitation equipment prescription, and community reintegration.
- A $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $2,500 relocation bonus

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in appropriate states (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR license and experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and basic computer skills
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
