The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of cleaning staff and ensuring that designated facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage front-line cleaning employees.
  2. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  3. Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
  4. Maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles and surrounding areas.
  5. Manage employee breaks and lunches effectively.
  6. Communicate with management to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  7. Provide coaching and support to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in janitorial services.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
