Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for complex projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and coordinate project activities, establishing priorities and allocating staff resources as needed.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring effective project controls and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in project delivery and risk management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification, American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III.
