As a Nursing Team Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our front-line staff in the critical care float pool. You will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to front-line staff in the critical care float pool
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements:
  • BSN required
  • BLS, PALS, TX RN License
  • Minimum three years' nursing experience required; leadership experience preferred
