Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Execute check runs, credit card transactions, and ACH payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable reports with the General Ledger.
  • Perform journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
  • Conduct financial analyses to support strategic business decisions.
  • Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and collection efforts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Utilize accounting software for comprehensive financial reporting.
  • Post accounting batches and prepare payroll, efficiency, and inventory reports.
  • Review work orders to ensure proper financial transactions.
  • Conduct sales tax reconciliations and provide necessary reporting and payment details.
  • Assist with international invoicing as required.
  • Complete miscellaneous reports and projects as directed by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in an accounting role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an accounting environment with clerk responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with financial management software.
Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
