About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple business units within our store location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals.
- Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other projects as needed, including merchandise stock counts.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, with frequent bending, squatting, and twisting.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
