Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Multifamily Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CKT Asset Management in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in multifamily property maintenance, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair. They should possess HVAC certification and knowledge of all areas of maintenance. Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with others are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and property facilities meet safety, appearance, cleanliness, and functionality standards.
  • Assist with cleaning up exterior and interior of building.
  • Complete work orders and routine maintenance in apartments as reported.
  • Assist with pre-move-out inspection, creating a punch list to be completed, preparing and completing vacant apartments for move-in, diagnosing issues.
  • Maintain building HVAC equipment in apartments.
  • Apply preventative measures to apartments and building.
  • Assist with keeping pool clean each morning.
  • Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
  • Paint apartments and common areas as paint has become faded or chipped.
