Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender F & B Specialist to join our team at Mainsail Lodging & Development. As a Bartender F & B Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate guests' bar experience by making recommendations and providing expert knowledge of mixology fundamentals.
  • Serve guests in an efficient and courteous manner, following the proper steps of service.
  • Knowledge of all beverages, including liquors and wines, and ability to pair wines with meals.
  • Ability to handle station and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as management requests to service our guests.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or higher.
  • Previous hospitality experience required.
  • Minimum 2-year bartending experience in high volume bar or restaurant, preferably in the Southwest, Florida area.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and sit or stand for extended periods of time.
