Reports To: Front Office/Operations Manager

Supervises: N/A

Job Purpose: The primary objective is to ensure accurate posting of all revenue to the respective departments and to reconcile all revenue streams on a daily basis, while also completing necessary reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute all auditing procedures as established by the hotel and the organization on a daily basis.
  2. Confirm the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure proper execution.
  3. Reconcile all cash receipts and activities conducted during the audit shift, including cash deposits.
  4. Prepare the front office for the morning shift and reset the day’s operations.
  5. Serve as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during nighttime hours.
  6. Function as the PBX operator during the audit shift.
  7. Engage in and contribute to all front office meetings.
  8. Participate in all training and cross-training initiatives.
  9. Proactively greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  1. Ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts to design financial or economic systems.
  2. Quick and accurate problem-solving skills in mathematics.
  3. Proficient in using computers and related technology.
  4. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting financial information.

Requirements:

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:
Prior experience in guest service or front desk hospitality is preferred.

Salary:
$16.00 per hour
