Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
- Ability to work at heights, lift up to 80 pounds, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- EPA Universal License.
- BAS experience.
- Preventative maintenance experience on HVAC equipment.
