Outpatient Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at Gundersen Health System, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Our Sports Medicine Therapy team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class care to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Examine, evaluate, and assess patients with medical problems or other health-related conditions that limit their ability to move or function with activities of daily living.
Develop and implement plans of care to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
Provide physical therapy services and elements of patient/client care management leading to optimal outcomes according to the relevant state Physical Therapy Practice Standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved curriculum in Physical Therapy.
Physical Therapist (PT) licensed in the state(s) of practice.
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands-on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
