Job Overview

CentiMark Corporation, a leading provider of polished concrete, epoxy, and exterior coatings, is seeking a skilled Flooring Service and Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Service / Maintenance Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality flooring systems in industrial, commercial, and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Diagnose and address floor issues and safety hazards in a timely and effective manner.
  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties to maintain a healthy and safe environment.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations, including proper use of equipment and materials.
  • Meet and exceed production targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Input timely hours and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel and stay out of town as required.
  • Willingness to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.
