Internal Medicine Position Overview

An exciting opportunity for an Internal Medicine physician is available in a well-established clinic located in a vibrant community. This role focuses on outpatient care, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

The practice is situated in a dynamic area known for its excellent Midwestern lifestyle and a variety of recreational options. The clinic is equipped with onsite imaging services, laboratory facilities, and outpatient therapy options, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Practice Details
  • Annual salary with potential for loan forgiveness and signing bonuses.
  • Relocation assistance and continuing medical education (CME) support available.
  • Utilization of EPIC for electronic medical records.
  • Manage an average of 20-25 patients daily with a flexible schedule.
  • No night or weekend shifts required.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME funds, and retirement plans.
Clinical Responsibilities

The role involves performing minor procedures such as skin excisions, joint injections, and lacerations. Outpatient call is shared among staff, with no inpatient call obligations, as a hospitalist program is fully operational.

Work Hours

Physicians will engage in 36 patient contact hours weekly, providing ample opportunity for patient interaction and community involvement.
