About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Campers Inn RV. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across all departments, including sales, service, finance, and parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a team of sales specialists to create a customer-centric sales process
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through finance, legal, and sales practices
  • Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives, and communications for the sales team
  • Participate in client interactions to ensure cross-training, customer satisfaction, and management involvement
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • State Sales License if required by state regulations
  • Minimum of four years of RV sales management experience or equivalent experience in an automotive or RV dealership
