Responsibilities: **Financial Planning and Analysis** * Oversee the financial reporting process and month-end close to meet reporting deadlines. * Identify financial trends that impede operating plans and escalate awareness across the FSG team to improve trends. * Support the annual budget, growth strategy within each product line, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis. * Review all FSG Monthly Management Reports to validate financial accuracy of information to the FSG leadership team. * Provide a comprehensive financial management service to FSG, ensuring the linkage of Operations, Commercial, and Sales teams. **Operational Planning and Strategy** * Analyze and interpret FSG operating and financial P&L results to identify trends driving those results and make recommendations on potential commercial, operational, and financial changes to improve performance. * Provide a business partnering service to FSG by improving financial processes and supporting the implementation of best practices across all areas. * Ensure compliance with internal controls and finance policies. * Evaluate capital investments and recommend options to maximize growth, productivity, and cash flow. * Oversee all areas of treasury for FSG, including payments, collections, and cash flow forecasting. * Provide support to the FSG team on strategic initiatives, including new repair capabilities and large customer contracts. **Leadership and Development** * Act as a safety leader and promote an environment where each employee makes safety their priority. * Develop talent, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development for all direct reports. * Work with management to drive simplification and standardization of financial processes. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred. * Experience: 10+ years of experience; 5+ years of FP&A, manufacturing, plant controllership, and management of geographically dispersed staff. * 1-3 years of experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred). * CPA, CFA, or similar certifications preferred.
