At Kehoe Designs, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Floral Production Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and producing stunning floral arrangements for events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce floral arrangements according to client specifications and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of events.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of floral design trends and techniques.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in floral design and production, preferably in a creative or event décor industry.
  • Ability to identify and select high-quality floral products and repeat floral designs for production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills, with the ability to interpret and calculate formulas and pricing information.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, bend, and reach during the entire work shift.
  • Must be able to stand for 6 or more hours.
  • Ability to work with hands and arms during the entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more, bend, push, and pull carts over the course of the work shift.
  • Must be able to climb ladders without accommodation.
