Pediatric Clinic LPN Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Clinic LPN to join our team at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center. As a key member of our pediatric clinic team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our young patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine patient care, including administering medications, vaccinations, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Assist with patient teaching and discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance the quality of patient care and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; diploma of nursing preferred.
  • Basic Life Support certification and Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with potential exposure to biohazards and contagious diseases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
