As a Respiratory Therapist - Critical Care Specialist, you will collaborate with top clinical, technical, and business professionals across all disciplines to deliver exceptional patient care.

Our Respiratory Therapist - Critical Care Specialist will work in collaboration with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum. This role requires a graduate from an American Medical Association (AMA) accredited Respiratory Therapy Program, National registration by National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC), and a Pennsylvania State License to practice Respiratory Care.

Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist - Critical Care Specialist include supporting bedside RTs across 6 UPHS Hospitals, responding to alerts and push button requests from the bedside, and supporting the UPHS Pulmonary Bundle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support bedside RTs across 6 UPHS Hospitals

Requirements:
  • Graduate from an American Medical Association (AMA) accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
  • National registration by National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Pennsylvania State License to practice Respiratory Care
