Long Term Care Director

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Long Term Care Director to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our long-term care facility.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the geriatric care process, improving the quality and efficiency of service.">
  • Oversee the overall quality of care provided by our nursing personnel and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.">
  • Maintain effective communication with medical staff, department heads, and administrators to address matters related to nursing service.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.">
  • Five years of nursing experience, including housing with services, HUD, or assisted living experience.">
  • Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.">

Salary Range:

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, work/life balance benefits, and a generous time off package.
