About the Role

Fisher Investments is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale systems infrastructure solutions. Your expertise in Citrix and Windows environments will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement large-scale systems infrastructure solutions
  • Manage technical aspects of assigned projects, including planning and resolving issues
  • Work independently to provide technical solutions to solve complex challenges for both IT-facing and business-facing customers
  • Ensure the successful implementation of technology projects by working with Solutions Architecture, Operations, Information Security, and other departments
  • Lead the effort in standardizing processes, streamlining and making processes simple while providing technical escalation point for production support during normal business and off-hours
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering (Citrix Focused)
  • Experience in following technologies required: VDI, Mobility, Citrix, or Collaboration solutions including Cloud-based productivity applications like Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and delivering measurable improvements
  • Experience implementing and managing end-point operational analytics and end-user experience monitoring solutions
  • Experience working with Procurement and Service Desk teams to insure license compliance
  • Prioritize user community satisfaction and feedback in meeting the business demands
  • Demonstrated experience improving end-user experience from a hardware and access perspective
What We Offer
  • $130,000 - $145,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
