About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intensive Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Swope Health Services. As an IMHT, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement activities guided by individual treatment plans to promote recovery efforts.
  • Educate clients on daily living activities and provide monitoring support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver dignified and respectful care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or two years of college in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Two years experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness or in the mental health field preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.
