Senior Network Architect

Job Summary

The Senior Network Engineer at J.Jill is responsible for planning and implementing the company's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and high performance across all locations. This role requires a strong understanding of network routing and switching, as well as experience with cloud-based computing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of network security protocols and be able to design and implement secure network architectures.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement network infrastructure solutions to support J.Jill's growing business needs
* Collaborate with the IS Security Team to design and implement network security solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity and security issues
* Develop and maintain network topology documentation and configuration files
* Work closely with departmental management to determine future network needs and plan for network changes

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on cloud-based computing solutions
* Strong knowledge of network routing and switching, including EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, and multicast
* Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco routers and switches
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
