Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team of providers. As a Clinical Specialist, you will work closely with our team to promote wound healing and provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical knowledge and expertise in wound care to providers, clinicians, and non-clinicians through one-on-one and group training sessions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assess wound progression for patients on therapy and identify new patients for treatment.
- Collaborate with program/clinical directors to facilitate therapy and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Must have a clinical degree (RN, BSN, PT preferred).
- Wound care experience is preferred.
- At least 3 years of direct patient care in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in business relationships.
