About the Role

  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales data, and inventory levels.
Responsibilities
  1. Greet customers warmly and thank them for their business.
  2. Answer phones promptly and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  3. Invoice customers accurately and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  4. Receive invoices from vendors and assist with P-Card reconciliation.
  5. Ensure customer payments are processed correctly and applied to the relevant account.
  6. Conduct efficient and accurate sales transactions, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  7. Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or concerns related to sales, cash, or operating procedures.
  8. Assist with sales as directed by management and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  9. Prepare and deliver bank deposits in a timely and secure manner.
  10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age and able to obtain valid driver's license.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and ability to operate office productivity software.
  • Ability to consistently perform tasks with attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience or similar industry background.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
