The incoming surgeon will inherit a patient census from the retiring physicians, offering an immediate opportunity to build on existing relationships and establish a strong reputation in the community. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to staying at the forefront of the latest medical advancements. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients, and we are seeking a like-minded individual to join us.
As an Orthopedic Surgeon with Voll Recruiting, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment with a team of experienced medical professionals. You will have access to the latest medical technologies and equipment, and will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $600,000 per year, with a guaranteed first-year salary and a wRVU model thereafter. This provides a competitive compensation package that rewards your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.
In addition to a competitive salary, this position also offers ownership options in our state-of-the-art surgical center and clinic. This is a rare opportunity to build a successful practice and achieve financial stability, while also making a lasting impact on the lives of our patients.
