ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Creating Delightful Customer Experiences:

Engage warmly with every guest.

Address and fulfill customer needs promptly.

Ensuring Quality Operations:

Adhere to operational policies and procedures at each service station.

Communicate and uphold all company policies and operational standards effectively and consistently.

Organize tasks throughout the establishment to promote efficient service and profitable operations.

Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations for all products.

Complete cleaning and operational duties as outlined in the duty roster.

Follow standard practices for merchandising, stocking, and storing all products.

Financial Accountability:

Contribute to the establishment's goals for sales growth and profit enhancement.

Manage and account for store funds during shifts.

Ensure accuracy in cash handling and register operations.

Maintain responsibility for store operations, staff development, and financial performance.

Ensure adequate supplies and merchandise are available.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Welcome all guests in a friendly and timely manner.

Provide an exceptional experience for each customer.

Knowledge and Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: One to two years in cash handling, hosting, or serving roles.

Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and hospitality skills (English required).

Problem-solving abilities.

Capability to manage guest complaints effectively.

Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
